For us, the pizza-perfecting journey started over 10 years ago with a trip to Pompeii in Naples, Italy. Out of which grew a desire to introduce everyone to Neapolitan wood fired pizza.  A dome style wood fired oven was their primary means of cooking.  Pompeiian’s would cook a thin bread on hot flat stones and top with olive oil from locally grown olives in the hills of Naples.

Once back in Seattle, we sensed food trucks were going to be a big deal. By placing a traditional dome style wood fired oven on a trailer we were able to take our “restaurant” anywhere, and anywhere we did.

We started with a few farmer’s markets, then grew to catering and cooking at public events. Today some of our clients are: Google, Microsoft, Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, Costco, University of Washington, Starbucks, Nordstrom’s, Seattle Reign FC, and many many more.  You’ll also find us at some of the biggest public events in the Northwest: Evergreen State Fair, Concert series at Marymoor Park, Chateau St. Michele Concert series, Bellevue 4th of July, Issaquah Salmon Days and Seafair events. Weekly we do 5 farmer’s markets with a loyal following.

We support our local markets, purchasing fresh food for the farm-to-table experience and offer alternative dietary food including gluten free and vegan options.
